Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use milk of any fat content; I used 2.5%. Choose high-quality vermicelli, preferably from durum wheat.

Pour the milk into a thick-bottomed saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat.

Add salt to taste. You can also add vanilla sugar or vanilla extract if desired.

Add the vermicelli to the boiling milk. Cook the porridge until the pasta is ready. The cooking time depends on the type of vermicelli. Mine took 6 minutes, but follow the instructions on the package. The pasta should be soft but not overcooked. Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let the porridge sit for 5–10 minutes.
Step 5
Pour the hot porridge into bowls and serve immediately. You can add a piece of butter for extra creaminess. This porridge is a great breakfast option for the whole family and is enjoyed by both children and adults. Enjoy your meal!
