Step 1
You can use any gelatin you have on hand — prepare it according to the instructions on the package. You can use fresh or frozen strawberries; here, strawberry purée is already prepared. Sour cream can be used instead of cream.
Step 2
Melt the gelatin using a double boiler or in the microwave. If you’re using sheet gelatin, strain it through a sieve.

Let the gelatin mixture cool down.

Whip the cream with sugar and a pinch of vanilla until the sugar dissolves and the cream thickens.

Combine the whipped cream with the cooled gelatin mixture and stir well.

Pour the dessert mixture into serving glasses or dessert cups. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. The dessert is ready — serve and enjoy!
