Step 1
To prepare the strawberry and sour cream dessert, you’ll need: strawberries, sour cream (not runny, 15% fat or higher), chocolate cookies (or plain sponge cookies), powdered sugar, vanilla sugar. For decoration: mint, strawberries, dark chocolate.
Step 2
Add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar to the sour cream and stir. Let sit for 5–7 minutes to dissolve the sugar.

Break the cookies into small pieces.
Step 4
Wash and dry the strawberries. Remove stems. Slice the berries into rounds (you can also cut them into quarters or cubes if preferred). Sliced rounds look best with long strawberries.
Step 5
Place 1–2 tbsp of cookie crumbs into the bottom of each dessert glass. Top with 1–2 tbsp of sweetened sour cream. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.

Repeat the layers once more. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Before serving, decorate with halved strawberries, mint, and chocolate shavings. You can also sprinkle cookie crumbs on top. This recipe fills 3 full glasses. If you make the layers thinner, it will yield 4–5 portions. Enjoy!
