Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Boil the eggs in advance and let them cool. A beautiful salad can be made with quail eggs, as they will be similar in size to the other ingredients. If your crab sticks are frozen, defrost them in advance. Drain the corn using a sieve to remove excess liquid. Use any vegetable oil of your choice for dressing.
Step 2
Wash and dry the cucumbers. Cut off the ends and taste them – a bitter cucumber can ruin the entire salad. This is especially important in summer when many homegrown cucumbers are available. Cut cucumbers into large pieces. If using small cucumbers, slice them into half circles; for larger ones, cut them into quarters.

Step 3
Remove the plastic wrapping from the crab sticks. Cut them into pieces similar in size to the cucumber chunks. If the crab sticks are large, slice them crosswise. If they are standard size, you can cut them diagonally to make larger pieces. You can also use imitation crab meat in this salad.
Step 4
Place the sliced cucumbers and crab sticks into a salad bowl, add the corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with vegetable oil and mix well.
Step 5
Transfer the salad to a serving plate. Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters, then place them on top of the salad.
