Preparation

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta for about 8–10 minutes, until al dente.
Step 2
Rinse and pat dry the chicken breast. Cut it into pieces about 3 inches long (7–8 cm) and fry for about 2 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.

Add thyme, finely chopped garlic, and pine nuts. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the pan with the chicken. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the cream, and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Plate the finished dish and sprinkle with almond slices. Enjoy!
