Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use milk of any fat content. The salmon can be lightly salted, smoked, or fresh. I chose lightly salted salmon, so I did not add salt to the recipe.

Wash the eggs and crack them into a bowl. Beat them with a fork until the yolks and whites are fully combined.

Add the milk to the eggs and mix well with a fork until smooth. If desired, you can add your favorite spices, such as khmeli-suneli or a lemon seasoning for fish.

Slice the lightly salted salmon into thin strips. You can substitute it with trout or salmon fillet.

Heat refined vegetable oil in a pan and pour in the egg-milk mixture.

Immediately place the salmon strips randomly on top and season with freshly ground black pepper. Cook the omelette with salmon over low heat with a lid on for about 5 minutes. The exact time depends on your pan and stove.

Sprinkle the finished omelette with chopped dill. You can substitute it with any other fresh herbs.

Serve the salmon omelette immediately for breakfast. Enjoy your meal!
