Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. You can use any type of meat—pork, beef, or chicken. This time, I used cooked-smoked pork. The processed cheese can be replaced with regular hard cheese. Start preparing the roll by making the filling. Mash the cheese with a fork and add a little mayonnaise. If the cheese isn’t very soft, you can grate it finely.
Step 2
Cut the smoked meat into small cubes. Chop the mushrooms into small pieces and fry them in vegetable oil until cooked, then let the mushrooms cool. Finely chop the dill. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl, season with mayonnaise, and mix well—the filling is ready.

Lay the lavash flat on a clean, smooth surface, spread the filling on it, and roll it up tightly. Place the roll in a bag or wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.

Once ready, slice the roll into portioned pieces and arrange them on a plate.
