Step 1
You can use any type of cheese – I prefer hard or processed cheese. You’ll need three sheets of lavash.
Step 2
Generously spread mayonnaise on the first lavash sheet and grate cheese on top. Place the second sheet on top, spread mayonnaise again, and grate the crab sticks onto it. Add the third lavash sheet, spread more mayonnaise, and sprinkle chopped dill.

Now it's time to roll the layered lavash into a tight roll. Do this carefully to keep it dense. Trim off about 2 inches (5 cm) from the uneven ends and cut the roll in half. That’s it – your “Zaverton” rolls are ready!
Step 4
You can eat the rolls right away, but for best flavor and texture, let them sit in the fridge for a few hours so the lavash soaks up the mayo.
