Advice 1

You can use a variety of spices and seasonings to enhance the rich flavor of pork ribs. Here are some popular choices: Garlic – fresh or powdered, it adds a bold and savory taste. Cayenne pepper – for a touch of heat. Coriander – provides a fresh and spicy aroma. Thyme or rosemary – these herbs give a rich, earthy aroma. Cumin (zira) – adds warmth and a deep, slightly smoky flavor. Brown sugar – brings sweetness and helps caramelize the ribs for a crispy crust. Dijon mustard – adds sharpness and complexity. Soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce – enhances the umami taste, especially in marinades. Bay leaf – great for marinades and broths to infuse extra aroma.

Advice 2

To avoid eye irritation while chopping onions, rinse the onion and knife under cold water. Also, rub a piece of lemon on the cutting board to prevent it from absorbing strong onion odors.

Advice 3

If using pre-mixed spice blends, check the ingredients. Many blends already contain salt, so be careful not to oversalt the dish.

Step 1
Prepare all ingredients. If using frozen pork, let it thaw at room temperature beforehand. Rinse the pork and pat it dry with a towel to remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Peel the onions. Wash the herbs and onions, then dry them with paper towels. Which herbs work best for marinating pork ribs? Parsley, cilantro, or basil are great choices. You can also use a mix of fresh herbs. Slice the onions into rings or half-rings and chop the herbs coarsely. Place everything in a bowl. Add paprika, ground pepper, and mix well, pressing the onions slightly to release their juices. Let sit for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Add the onions to the pork ribs. Pour in kefir or ayran. This time, I used 1 cup of kefir and 1 cup of ayran. Also, add aromatic adjika sauce.
Step 4
Sprinkle with your favorite spices, adjusting the amount to taste. Add salt. Which spices work best for pork skewers? Use a blend of ground peppers, paprika, oregano, basil, coriander, etc.
Step 5
Mix everything well so the marinade coats the ribs evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (I marinated mine for about 5 hours).

Step 6
Light up the charcoal grill. Once the wood has burned down to hot embers, you’re ready to cook the meat.
Step 7
Place the ribs on a greased grill rack and cook, turning occasionally, until done.
Step 8
Serve the grilled pork ribs hot. Pair with fresh salads, sauces, and vegetables. Enjoy!
