Step 1
Choose natural honey. If honey is not suitable for you, you can replace it with an equal amount of sugar.
Step 2
Wash the cranberries. Fill a bowl with water and gently rinse the berries with your hands to remove any dirt. The berries that float are firmer and can be stored in the fridge for 3–4 months. Dry them and store. Use the ones that sink immediately.

Step 3
Drain the washed cranberries in a colander. Then pat them dry with paper towels to remove any remaining moisture.
Step 4
Transfer the dry berries to a bowl and pour honey over them. Even if the honey is crystallized, do not melt it – it will mix with the cranberry juice and dissolve later.
Step 5
Blend the mixture using an immersion blender. You don't need to make it perfectly smooth—just crush the berries. I prefer having small cranberry bits in the mix. The consistency should be slightly thick due to the honey.

Step 6
Sterilize jars using any method you prefer: in the oven, microwave, or over steam. Pour boiling water over the lids and dry them. Fill the jars with the cranberry-honey mixture and seal tightly.
Step 7
Cranberries with Honey is ready! Store the jars in the refrigerator. It will last 3–4 months, but it’ll likely be eaten sooner. Add a couple of spoonfuls to tea or hot water for a vitamin boost. Herbal teas pair especially well. Enjoy!
