Instead of parsley, you can use cilantro or dill. Any type of hard cheese will work. For the dressing, use mayonnaise, yogurt, sour cream, or a mix of them. Korean-style spicy carrots can be used instead of fresh ones. Feel free to add ground pepper or spices to taste.

Boil the eggs until hard-cooked (about 10 minutes), then peel them. Grate using a large-hole grater. Always wash eggs before use, as even clean-looking shells may contain harmful bacteria. It’s best to use food-safe detergents and a brush.
