Step 1
Use thick sour cream with a high fat percentage. You can substitute vanilla powder with vanilla sugar if you prefer.

Place the sour cream in a mixer bowl.

Beat the sour cream at medium speed until it becomes fluffy.

Add one tablespoon of caramelized condensed milk and beat until smooth. Then gradually add the rest of the condensed milk while continuing to beat until fully combined.

Cut a lemon in half and squeeze one half - you should get about 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. You can add a bit more depending on your taste.

Add the vanilla and lemon juice to the whipped mixture at the end.

Beat everything on high speed until you get a fluffy, smooth consistency. Transfer the finished cream into a suitable dish and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to set. After chilling, garnish as you like - with berries, nuts, mint leaves, etc. Serve with tea or coffee. No-bake dessert is ready. Enjoy!
