Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Wash the cabbage, remove the outer leaves, and finely shred it. Peel the onion and slice it into thin half-rings. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and add the onion and garlic.
