Apple Pudding – No Flour, No Baking

Step 1
First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use freshly squeezed apple juice or store-bought, as I did. Choose a sweet or sweet-and-sour apple with medium firmness.

Pour the apple juice into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Adjust the sugar amount to your taste. You can substitute vanilla sugar with vanilla extract.

Add cornstarch to the apple juice with sugar and mix well until all lumps dissolve. You can use a whisk or a fork for this.
Step 4
Then add cinnamon, stir, and place the saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly while cooking until the mixture thickens. It should be smooth, without lumps.

Wash the apple under running water and pat it dry with a paper towel. Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into small cubes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the apple pieces. Mix everything well.
Step 7
Pour the ready pudding into molds. You can use ceramic or silicone molds. Let it cool, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.

The no-bake apple pudding is ready! Serve chilled as a dessert or a light snack. Enjoy!
